The 2026 BMW 3 Series M350 has been spotted testing ahead of its global debut, marking the next big step in BMW’s performance sedan lineup. Positioned as the successor to the M340i, the upcoming BMW 3 Series M350 brings sharper design elements, advanced hybrid power, and improved driving dynamics.
Sporty Exterior Design
The BMW 3 Series M350 carries a bold design with projector LED headlamps, 45-degree DRLs, and a sculpted split grille. The test mule also showcases 19-inch alloy wheels with red brake calipers, a triangle-shaped tail lamp design, and quad exhaust tips. These updates give the sedan a muscular stance and improved visual appeal.
Engine, Power & Performance of the BMW 3 Series M350
Powering the BMW M350 is a 3.0-litre inline-six engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system, producing around 420 bhp and 580 Nm. The car uses a 7-speed automatic transmission with xDrive AWD, sprinting from 0–100 kmph in about 4.4 seconds. This makes it more potent than the outgoing M340i.
Interior and Technology
Inside, the M350 is expected to feature BMW’s curved display, an updated iDrive 9 infotainment system, and advanced driver assistance features. Premium materials, ambient lighting, and a refined dashboard layout will enhance cabin comfort and connectivity.
Expected Launch and Rivals
The BMW 3 Series M350 is expected to debut globally in early 2026, followed by an India launch later that year. It will compete with the Mercedes-AMG C43, Audi S5 Sportback, and Genesis G70.
