Honda has revealed the updated 2026 Pilot, bringing major design, feature and refinement upgrades to its three-row SUV sold in North America. The facelift focuses on a stronger visual presence, a more premium cabin, improved technology and enhanced driving dynamics. Pricing will be announced closer to launch.
What’s New in the 2026 Honda Pilot
The 2026 Pilot continues with six variants — Sport, EX-L, Touring, TrailSport, Elite and Black Edition — each receiving design and equipment updates. The SUV now features a redesigned front fascia with a larger grille, updated scuff plates and new 20-inch alloy wheels on the higher trims. The Elite gets Shark Gray machined alloys, while the Black Edition rides on Berlina Black wheels.
The TrailSport version gains exclusive off-road styling elements and a new exterior colour. Three new colour options have been added across the range: Solar Silver Metallic, Smoke Blue Pearl and Ash Green Metallic. Standard features now include roof rails, a power tailgate and Post-Collision Braking.

Interior Upgrades and Technology
The cabin receives a significant refresh with premium materials, improved insulation and upgraded screens. A 10.2-inch digital cluster replaces the older unit, offering 43 percent more display area. A 12.3-inch touchscreen, faster software and an updated interface enhance usability.
Standard features now include Google built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and 5G Wi-Fi hotspot capability. Touring and higher trims receive a 360-degree camera system. Cabin noise levels have been reduced with new door and hood insulation, semi-tempered glass and additional sound-absorbing materials. Touring and Elite variants also feature enclosed fender liners.
Refined Driving Experience
Honda has recalibrated the electric power steering for more precise feedback and better stability on the highway. The Pilot continues with its 3.5-litre DOHC V6 producing 285hp and 355Nm, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The i-VTM4 all-wheel-drive system remains standard on TrailSport, Touring, Elite and Black Edition variants.
Drive modes include Normal, Econ, Snow, Sport and Tow, while Sand and Trail modes are exclusive to specific trims.
Pricing and Rivals
The current Honda Pilot starts at USD 41,695 (around Rs 36.9 lakh). Prices for the 2026 facelifted model are expected to remain competitive, as it rivals the Kia Telluride, Hyundai Palisade and Toyota Grand Highlander.
