Porsche Panamera Turbo GT Spied Successor to the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid

The upcoming Porsche Panamera Turbo GT has been spied testing at the Nürburgring, showcasing an undisguised prototype that exudes pure performance intent. The test mule features yellow brake callipers, a fixed rear wing, and a quad-exhaust setup, all signaling its track-focused design and the arrival of Porsche’s next high-performance hybrid sedan.

Under the hood, the Panamera Turbo GT is expected to house a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 hybrid powertrain, paired with a 140kW/450Nm electric motor and a 26kWh battery pack. The combined output is anticipated to reach around 760bhp and 1,000Nm, enabling a 0–100km/h sprint in just 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 325km/h.

In typical Porsche fashion, the Turbo GT aims to deliver the perfect balance between electrified efficiency and extreme performance. Its plug-in hybrid (PHEV) setup is expected to offer an electric-only range of up to 80km and a 2.65-hour charging time using an 11kW AC charger.

The model will also feature adaptive air suspension, allowing the ride height to adjust between 116mm and 126mm for optimal dynamics across road and track conditions.

With its aggressive design and power-packed hybrid setup, the Panamera Turbo GT is widely expected to replace the Turbo S E-Hybrid as Porsche’s flagship hybrid performance sedan. A global debut in 2026, followed by a Model Year 2027 (MY27) market launch, appears highly likely.
