Kia has expanded the Syros lineup in India with the launch of a new mid-spec HTK (EX) trim, aimed at offering premium features at a competitive price. Priced at ₹9.89 lakh for the petrol variant and ₹10.64 lakh for the diesel (ex-showroom), the new trim is positioned between the HTK (O) and HTK+ variants, bringing a balance of affordability and advanced features to buyers.
The HTK (EX) comes with a range of exterior upgrades, including all-LED headlamps, DRLs, taillamps, and stylish 16-inch alloy wheels, giving the SUV a more modern and premium appearance. Inside, the cabin benefits from a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an electric sunroof, and a rear parking camera with sensors, adding convenience and comfort for both drivers and passengers.
Under the hood, the Syros HTK (EX) is offered with both turbo-petrol and diesel engines, along with manual and automatic transmission options, providing flexibility for different driving preferences. Standard safety features such as six airbags, ABS, and Electronic Stability Control continue to ensure a secure driving experience.
By introducing the HTK (EX) trim, Kia aims to attract buyers looking for a feature-rich SUV without stepping up to the higher-priced variants. The addition strengthens the Syros lineup, now offering seven variants in total, and gives consumers more choices for premium features at an accessible price point.
