The Tata Harrier, which debuted in 2019, recently underwent a model-year refresh that added a BS6 2-compliant diesel engine and ADAS features—yet its exterior remained unchanged. Now, fresh spy shots suggest the SUV is headed for a facelift.
In the test mule photos, the front end reveals horizontal grille slats and bumper detailing under heavy camouflage, hinting at a revised fascia. The headlamp assemblies are hidden; instead, temporary round halogen lights are fitted for testing.
From the sides and rear, the changes are subtle. However, the revised Harrier is expected to sport a connected tail-light bar across the tailgate and updated alloy wheel designs.
Inside, large changes seem unlikely as the current model already features a modern infotainment system and digital instrument cluster. Minor upgrades—such as new upholstery options and ambient multicolour lighting—may be introduced.
Under the hood, the facelifted Harrier will likely retain the updated 2.0 L BS6 2 diesel engine producing approx. 168 bhp / 350 Nm, paired to a six-speed manual or automatic. There’s also the possibility of adding a 1.5 L turbo-petrol option, as previewed in Tata’s concept lineups.
